Stan for Microsoft Teams — Terms of Use

1. What these terms cover
These terms govern your use of the Stan application for Microsoft Teams. They do not replace the agreement between Stan Solutions ApS and your employer, which governs the service overall; where the two conflict, that agreement takes precedence.
2. Who may use it
Stan is made available to you by your organisation. Your organisation must have an active agreement with Stan Solutions and must be enabled by us before anyone in it can sign in. A Microsoft 365 administrator must approve the application for your tenant. If your organisation is not enabled, the application will tell you so and give you a way to contact us.
3. What you need
Stan requires Stan desk hardware. Without a Stan device assigned to you, the application has no meaning.
4. Acceptable use
Use Stan for its intended purpose. Do not attempt to access another person's data, to disrupt the service, to reverse engineer it, or to use it in breach of your employer's policies or applicable law.
5. What Stan is not
Stan is a behavioural feedback tool, not a medical device. Nothing it says is medical advice. Consult a qualified professional for health decisions.
6. Availability
We aim to keep Stan available but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Features may change. Where a change materially reduces functionality, we will tell your organisation.
7. Your data

8. Liability
The application is provided to you as it is. To the extent permitted by law we give no warranty that it will be uninterrupted, error-free, or fit for any particular purpose, and its measurements are indicative rather than exact. We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, for lost profits, or for loss of data. Nothing in these terms limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud, or for anything else that cannot be limited under Danish law. Your organisation's agreement with us governs liability between us and your organisation, including any agreed cap, and these terms do not change it.
9. Governing law
These terms are governed by Danish law, with the courts of Denmark having jurisdiction.
